Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Programmatic Surface. These Terms & Conditions describe the general terms for using our website, ERP software, POS-related services, plugins, integrations, custom development, training, support, and maintenance services. By purchasing, subscribing to, testing, installing, or using our products and services, you agree to these terms.

1. Company Services

Programmatic Surface provides ERP systems, POS software services, custom software development, plugins, integrations, user manuals, training, support, maintenance, and software enhancement services. The final scope of any product or service depends on the agreed quotation, invoice, subscription plan, project confirmation, or written communication between Programmatic Surface and the customer.

2. ERP System With One-Time Payment

Our ERP system may be offered under a one-time payment model. In this model, the customer purchases the application package according to the agreed terms. The one-time payment may include the ERP application, agreed modules, required setup, and approved plugins or integrations based on customer requirements.

Any feature, plugin, integration, module, or customization that is not included in the confirmed scope may require additional cost, additional time, or a separate agreement.

3. Trial Version

Programmatic Surface may provide a trial version for up to 90 days. The trial version is provided so customers can review the application, understand the workflow, test core features, and confirm whether the system fits their business needs.

Trial access is not a permanent license. Trial features, modules, data limits, support level, hosting availability, and access duration may be limited or changed at the discretion of Programmatic Surface.

4. Purchase And Included Support

When a customer purchases the ERP application, the purchase includes 6 months of support from the date of purchase unless a different support period is mentioned in the invoice or agreement.

The included 6-month support may cover training, usage guidance, issue review, bug fixing for included features, reasonable setup help, and development or adjustment work as per agreed customer requirements.

Major new modules, large workflow changes, third-party service changes, new integrations, advanced reports, or features outside the approved scope may be quoted separately.

5. Training

Training may be provided to help the customer and their team understand how to use the ERP system, manage users, enter data, operate modules, generate reports, and follow recommended workflows. Training may be provided online, by documentation, by recorded guidance, or by direct session depending on the agreed arrangement.

6. Plugins And Integrations

Plugins and integrations can be developed or configured according to customer requirements. This may include website integration, WooCommerce integration, payment gateway integration, API connection, reporting tools, import/export features, or other business-specific workflows.

Third-party platforms, APIs, payment gateways, SMS services, email services, hosting providers, and external plugins may change their rules, pricing, technical requirements, or availability. Programmatic Surface is not responsible for third-party changes, downtime, approval delays, or external service limitations.

7. Custom Development

Custom development is completed according to confirmed requirements. Customers must provide complete and accurate workflow details, sample reports, business rules, user roles, data format, API details, and access credentials where required.

After requirements are approved, changes in scope may affect delivery time and cost. Programmatic Surface will review requested changes and confirm whether they are included in the original scope or require a separate quotation.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing correct business information, timely feedback, required access, hosting details, payment gateway details, data files, and approval for completed work. Customers are also responsible for maintaining safe passwords, user permissions, backups, and internal data accuracy.

9. Payments And Delivery

Payments must be made according to the agreed invoice, quotation, plan, or payment schedule. Programmatic Surface may start, pause, continue, or deliver work based on payment status and agreed milestones. Final delivery, license activation, or deployment may depend on completion of required payments.

10. Data Backup And Security

Customers should keep regular backups of their software, database, files, and business records. Before updates, migrations, custom changes, or server work, a backup is strongly recommended. Programmatic Surface may assist with backup guidance, but the customer remains responsible for business data protection unless a managed backup service is separately agreed.

11. Support Limitations

Support does not include issues caused by unsupported hosting, unauthorized code changes, expired third-party services, incorrect data entry, malware, server failure, payment gateway restrictions, or changes made by other developers unless specifically agreed. Support also does not include unlimited new feature development unless included in the confirmed scope.

12. Intellectual Property And License Use

Software ownership, source code access, encoded codebase terms, license usage, modification rights, and redistribution rights depend on the agreed product or project terms. Programmatic Surface may retain ownership of reusable frameworks, common modules, internal libraries, development methods, and pre-existing intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Changes To Terms

Programmatic Surface may update, revise, or change these Terms & Conditions from time to time due to product updates, business policy changes, legal requirements, pricing changes, support process changes, or service improvements. The latest version published on our website will apply to ongoing use of our services and software.
